⊳ general rules:

1. By commissioning me, I will understand that you have read and agreed to my terms and service.
2. Commission works will be used as samples unless stated otherwise for personal reasons.
3. I have the rights to all my artworks, thus using it for AI works, claiming it as yours, tracing and commercial use is strictly prohibited.
4. Reposts are allowed but please credit me.
5. Retouches, ratio, crops are allowed!

⊳ commission:

1. Commission will start after payment. Paypal and Ko-fi accepted.
2. Commissions generally take 1 day ~ 1 month. If i exceed this, I'll ask whether you'd like to wait or be refunded.
3. Let me know in ADVANCE if: a.) you need the TRANSPARENT version of the work. b.) plan to use it for merch/print. Some pieces have its layers merged, so reworking them takes time + fees will incur.
4. EXPEDITED | EXPRESS | URGENT commissions are available as an option. It will be additional +30% of base price. Deadline can be negotiated.

⊳ refund:

1. Full refund if: requested before sketch or i exceed 1 month. (excluding paypal transc. fee)
2. 50% refunded after sketch confirmation.

⊳ commercial use:

1. Please contact me via DM or mail to discuss prices.
2. Using the art for profit, advertisement, branding, reselling, vtubing is under commercial use. Using it as profile pictures, banner, or low quantity prints for personal usage does not count as commercial use.
